Lance has been helping students receive scholarships to play in colleges his entire professional career. For over 20 years, he has coached at all levels of football. Throughout his career, he has actively strived to encourage and assist student athletes in their personal and professional development. He is currently Head Coach of JV at St. Vincent De Paul College Prep In Petaluma CA.
Marie is A football mom and a life coach/business consultant she helps adults be the best version of themselves working out issues and mentoring people at all ages on how to live a happy and successful life. Both her kids are athletes, helping her son and daughter become top prospects at there sports she made a decision that she wants to help all student athletes who want success obtain it. She's decided to partner with Coach Lance to make sure that any kid that wants help to receive it. She has created techniques and strategies that have led to success in her field that is our foundation to the success of our recruiting network.
Maxine is an up-and-coming National Recruiting Coordinator for college football, eager to make a mark in the field. With a strong passion for discovering and nurturing young talent, Maxine brings a fresh perspective to the role. Although new to the job, Maxine is a quick learner with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to create effective recruitment strategies. Their enthusiasm and dedication to the recruitment process make them a valuable asset to any college football program. With a keen eye for potential, Maxine is excited to embark on this journey and contribute to the success of the teams they work with.
Coach Valenzuela has been coaching for 8+ years along with playing in the Golden Empire conference as a first team all state at the Jr college level in California out of Feather River college playing OL while holding a 3.7 GPA in his major of Criminal Justice. Along with all accolades in high-school being first time all conference from North Valleys out of Reno Nevada. Coach has spent some time in law enforcement and corporate America to now wanted to continue to give Student Athletes the opportunity to get scholarships and recruited as he wished he would have had access to.
Based out of Dallas, Tx, Bruce has experience in finding some of the best talents in football & basketball. Texas is known for its football environment where the atmosphere at high school games are full of excitement. Having connections throughout DISD (Dallas, AISD (Allen), & MISD (McKinney)

Shester is an aspiring national scout with a deep passion for football and helping young athletes achieve their dreams. Growing up in Florida, he was always surrounded by athletes that showed potential to accomplish great things, but never given a true chance to chase them. Now, as a recruiter, he is dedicated to connecting student athletes with the right opportunities to succeed both on and off the field as well as giving them the ability to feel noticed and heard. He believes that sometimes the same opportunities you wish for and believe to be unobtainable could be the same ones that are easily accessible by chasing it. Though new to the field, Shester is a quick learner with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a natural ability to build meaningful relationships. Enthusiastic, committed, and with a fresh perspective to the game, Shester is excited to make an impact and help shape the future of college football through the crafting of well-rounded student athletes.
Jeff Smith was blessed to sign as an undrafted free agent in the NFL with the Houston Oilers. I also played for several arena league pro football clubs.
I am a former high school football and track coach for more than 12 years. I assisted high school student-athletes (mainly football/track) with improving their recruiting process and training techniques. I help with communication between the college recruiters, players, and player’s families. I would field calls and promote athletes to various colleges and universities via email and social media. I assist athletes with their SAT/ACT preparation and film evaluation. I also assisted with opponent game planning and film breakdown.
I have additional experience with preparing college athletes to become potential pro prospects for the NFL, CFL, USFL, and XFL.
I have experience in Player evaluation (including training and film), development, and mentoring at all levels (high school, college, and professional). As well as Player and or Coach promotional and marketing assistance.
